When refunds are available
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if (1) you cannot access or duplicate the template after following the delivery instructions, or (2) the template does not match its description on the product page. Please email us with your order details and a short description of the issue. We'll try to fix it first; if we can't, we'll issue a full refund. Refunds are not available for change of mind once the template has been delivered.
If you accidentally bought the template twice, we'll refund the duplicate purchase.
How to request
Email support@harborkits.com with the email address used at checkout, your order number, and a short description of the issue. We reply within 2 business days.
Processing
Refunds are issued through Creem, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Once approved, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
