Terms of Service
These Terms govern your purchase and use of the AI English Customer Service Interview Prep Kit (the "Product"), a digital Notion template sold by CS Interview Lab.
Purchase and payment
Orders are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to Creem's terms of sale. The price is $9.99 USD, one-time payment. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Delivery
The Product is delivered digitally as a Notion duplicate link right after purchase. You need a Notion account (the free plan is fine) to use it.
License
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own interview preparation. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the Product or its contents, in whole or in part.
What the Product is
The Product is a self-study template. It does not include live sessions or personal services, and it does not guarantee any interview result or job offer.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if (1) you cannot access or duplicate the template after following the delivery instructions, or (2) the template does not match its description on the product page. Please email us with your order details and a short description of the issue. We'll try to fix it first; if we can't, we'll issue a full refund. Refunds are not available for change of mind once the template has been delivered.
Accidental duplicate purchases are also refunded. To request a refund, email support@harborkits.com. See our Refund Policy for details.
Disclaimer and liability
The Product is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
